MUSIC

The discripstions described are only the artists interpretation of Freemasonry based on personal experience and is only meant for entertainment purposes. If any brother has experienced these degrees, the music will take you there and add to your experience.

The Entered Apprentice Degree

The Entered Apprentice Degree represents Birth, and this degree is divided into three parts. It consists of three compositions.

Who Comes Here?

The first piece written for the Entered Apprentice Degree. As the Degree represents birth, this piece represents the moments before birth. As many candidates are being prepared to go through this degree, they themselves are in the process of being born into the world of freemasonry. Can anyone really recall what it was like before they were born? It is a total mystery and shrouded in darkness, and that is what this piece captures so well. The mystery. The uncertainty. The Unknown.

The Fellow Craft Degree

The Fellow Craft Degree represents Life, and this degree is divided into three parts. It consists of three compositions.

Keep Me Steadfast

The second piece written for the Fellow Craft Degree. As the Degree represents Life, this piece represents the bright moments we experience. Those pleasant moments we reminisce about, where we can find peace of mind.

The Master Mason Degree

The Master Mason Degree represents Death, and the Degree is divided into three parts. It consists of three compositions.

So Mote It Be

The first piece written for the Master Mason Degree. As the Degree represents death, this piece represents the moments before death. How life leads up to its final moments. The attention we give death, how it plays a huge part in life, how important it is that everyone will eventually experience it, and in the final moment, it ends unexpectedlt, light, and quick.

Lodge Meeting

There are compositions composed for when the lodge opens, closes, and when the lodge transitions from Labor to Refreshment.

Three Great Lights

This piece was written for the purpose of being played when the lodge opens. It actually has the opening for all three Degrees (The Entered Apprentice, The Fellow Craft, and The Master Mason Degree), so it is three pieces in one! Each portion represents its corresponding degree. Providing which degree the lodge will be doing, you will only play that portion of the piece.

Lodge Labor

There are compositions composed for Introductions, Balloting, and  Prayers.

Senior Deacon's Waltz

This piece was written for the purpose of being played during ceremonies that involve the Senior Deacon.
